Alpather Lake, also known as the Frozen Lake, owing to its nature of being frozen from November until mid-June, is a well-kept secret of Kashmir. This charming, high-altitude lake is situated at the foot of the twin Apharwat Peaks, and the trek to this lake starts from the popular hill station, Gulmarg.
We will have a wonderful drive from Srinagar to Gulmarg followed by a trek to Alpathar Lakes( Alpathar 1 and 2).
We will camp there for the night.
We will return back to Gulmarg, explore Gulmarg, and then drive back home where on our cozy beds we will dream about yet another wonderful trip/activity with Alp Savy.
